Good communication throughout. Left a message and was contacted very soon after by Ruth to arrange a visit. Arrived as promised, Jim assessed what was required to complete the work and a quote was received the following day. 10 days later, 3 workmen came to replace the central post between ourselves and our neighbours fence/gate, replaced 3 fence panels and fixed them to concrete posts. Installed a lock onto our gate. Worked hard and with little disturbance. Very pleased with the job done

I found Artisan fencing through checkatrade and they were the first company to get back to me promptly and gave a very competitive price. They came out for a site visit and measured up and were very friendly so we decided to accept their quote and book in the works. Artisan were very punctual, hard working and polite whilst on site and did a great job with the fencing. We realised that an extra rail was needed for each section so they quoted there and then for the extra works and ordered the extra wood and got it done which is really appreciated. The end result looks great so thanks Artisan!
